Mount Manaslu Expedition (8163 m) high is located in the central region of Nepal in the Gorkha massif. It is the eighth highest mountain in the world. The name Mt. Itinerary Outline
Day 01: Arrival KTM & transfer to hotel -1300m/4264ft
Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan international airport, our representative will welcome you and will assist to transfer you to your hotel in Kathmandu. You may relax at your hotel or go around shopping. In the evening Sange Sherpa Adventure Trekking will organize welcome dinner for you in a centrally located Nepalese restaurant while briefing you about your adventurous trip will take place. Day 02 – 03: Official formalities and expedition preparation.
Day 04: Kathmandu – Gorkha by bus.
Day 05: Trek to Khanchwok.
Day 06: Trek to Arughat.
Day 07: Trek to Soti Khola.
Day 08: Trek to Machhakhola.
Day 09: Trek to Lauri.
Day 10: Trek to Season.
Day 11: Trek to Deng.
Day 12: Trek to Ghap.
Day 13: Trek to Namrung.
Day 14: Trek to Syala.
Day 15: Trek to Sama Gaun.

Expedition Equipment: A Complete List of items you need

The expedition is already a challenging and risky task, and the lack of correct
equipment makes it even more difficult to scale. For your convenience here is
a list of necessary equipment for the expedition we recommend. But remember while
packing bags, that most of the international have a weight
allowance of 20 kg.
Clothing
-A pair of walking boots (make sure the boots are a good fit and have been
worn in).
-Two pairs of walking socks and two pairs of sock liners.
-Two to three comfortable t-shirts. You can also thermal t-shirts.
-Two fleece tops. Or thin layers of clothing with quick-dry fabric that
wicks perspiration away from the skin rather than heavy cotton.
-Two suitable walking trousers (not jeans of any kind).
-Comfortable underwear and nightwear.
-Flip-flops, trainers, or sandals for campsite use.
-A warm hat and sun hat.
-One pair of gloves.
-One pair of shorts.
-Sunblock cream.
-Waterproof over-trousers.
-Waterproof and windproof jacket.
-A pair of gaiters.

-A good quality rucksack.
-Rucksack liner or two strong plastic bags.
