Itinerary Outline

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan Airport and Transport at Hotel (1 300 m).

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu, you will be welcomed heartily by a company representative at the airport and transferred to the hotel with a short briefing session reflecting ancient local traditions, shrines, and temples found over here. Overnight in Kathmandu. (1000m).

Day 02: Drive to Pokhara (200 km. 6/7 hours driving) by tourist bus at 7:00 am from Kantipath.

Day 03: Drive to Nayapul and trek to Tirkhedunga overnight at lodge.

Day 04: Trek to Ghorepani (2853 m. 6/7 hours walking) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 05: Visit Poon Hill early in the morning (45 minutes to get at the top for the best sun rise viewing and trek to Tadapani (2650 m. 5hours walking) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 06: Trek to Chhomrong (1920 m. 5 hours walking) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 07: Trek to Dovan (5 hours walking) 2505 m. Stay overnight at the lodge.

Day 08: Trek to MBC (4700 m. 4/5 hours walking) Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 09: Trek to ABC (4130 m. 2/3 hours walking) then trek back to Deurali to stay overnight at lodge.

Day 10: Trek back to Bamboo (6hours walking) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 11: Trek back to Jhinu danda (5 hours walking) Explore hot spring in the afternoon then stay Overnight at lodge.

Day 12: Trek back to Tolka 4/5 hours walking) Explore hot spring in the afternoon then stay Overnight at the lodge.

Day 13: Trek back to Pottana hours walking) Explore hot spring in the afternoon then stay Overnight at the lodge.

Day 14: Trek back to down Kade (3 hours walking) and drive-by local bus/ taxi to Pokhara then stay overnight at the selected hotel at Pokhara.

Day 15: Drive to Kathmandu (200 km. 6/7 hours driving) by tourist bus at 7:30 am from Pokhara. And stay overnight at the selected hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 16: Final Departure, transfer to the airport. The Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek can be done separately, or added to the Annapurna Base Camp Yoga body can turn of  Khopra Ride/Mardi Himal Trek also. The 7-day trip comes to an end. You will be dropped at the airport in our company van 3 hours before your flight schedule.

Note: Depending on the ages of children, they get a discount on trek cost and domestic flight ticket cost accordingly. Also, Horse renting in Annapurna Region is USD 75 per day per horse including horseman, his food, accommodation, salary, and insurance.

The following equipment list is required for Nepal Trekking and climbing and a list, you have to have suggested equipment just have with you, however, that you just might have your own personal first choice equipment which can be equally as appropriate

Footwear

  1. Walking boots with suitable ankle support that have been worn in prior to the trek, and which are waterproof.
  2. Trainer or casual shoes, for trekking and/or for travelling.
  3. Warm socks for colder areas.
  4. Gaiters, in case of rain or snow

Legwear

  1. Loose, casual trousers for trekking.
  2. Thermal leggings for colder areas.
  3. Long skirts for women as an alternative to trousers.
  4. Waterproof trousers

Body

  1. Selection of T-shirts, and long-sleeved shirts, preferably not cotton.
  2. Thermal shirt for colder areas.
  3. Warm shirt, possibly fleeces, for colder areas.
  4. Fleece jacket or warm wool jumper.
  5. Windproof, waterproof outer shell garment for higher altitudes.
  6. Down jacket (optional for cold nights & mornings; can be hired in Kathmandu cheaply)

Head/Hands

  1. Wool or fleece hat, or balaclava.
  2. Hat or cap for sun protection while trekking.
  3. Sunglasses or goggles.
  4. Warm gloves

Other items

  1. Strong rucksack or large hold all to be carried by porters.
  2. Daysack to be carried personally.
  3. Plastic bags or stuff sacks to store/separate trekking gear inside your main bag.
  4. One litre water bottle.
  5. Personal first aid kit to include essential items.
  6. Sleeping bag, 4 seasons.
  7. Torch, ideally head torch.
  8. Digital Camera and spare battery and battery charger! – For those not to be forgotten shots of the Himalayas.
  9. Toilet items and towel.
  10. Large handkerchief/bandana for neck

Optional items

Recommended Mountaineering Kit

In addition to the items mentioned above for trekking, the following is a list of the additional specialist items which are required for the trekking peaks.
Plastic or leather mountaineering boots, with gaiters and crampons that have been tested for a good fit.
